HOW CAN YOU USE YOUR BRAND ASSETS TO MAXIMIZE SALES? (OFFICIAL FACEBOOK TRAINING)
We recently attended some facebook marketing partner training on using visual identity to maximise DR creative effectiveness aka how can you use your brand assets to maximise your sales?
We all know that visual identity builds brands with colours alone increasing brand recognition by 80%.
Demonstrating a consistent visual identity across all creative executions ensures that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts in terms of brand recognition and sales uplift.
In fact, facebook’s internal research has demonstrated that ads with stronger visual identity drive X1.79 Increase in ROAS and X10.4% uplift in purchases than those where visual identity is not consistent.
So what are the factors that make up your brand and how can you filter them through your creative?
1. Colours
Differentiate yourself quickly in the newsfeed by using your signature colours as an accent or hero across executions. Test out using colour grades, static frames or even coloured image transitions for subtle but effective brand storytelling.
2. Type
Ensure that your typeface is consistent across all consumer facing properties including your subtitles!
3. Logos
Disperse your logo throughout the creative execution but make sure you don’t open your creative using your logo alone. Noone wants to see a corporate video in their newsfeed 😊
4. Mnemonic (NAA-MAH-NIK)
Using a recognisable character, slogan, icon, spokesperson or jingle can work visually as a title card, pattern or focal point within the creative. It can also help to provide the common thread between multiple creative executions (e.g. using a specific product or logo shape as a background pattern).
Whether you are using self-build platforms such as Canva or outsourcing to professionals, we hope that this has been useful for accelerating your revenue :)
